What is foodscaping?
FOODSCAPING is creating Edible Landscapes.
It’s all about combining the aesthetics of formal landscapes with the functionality of farming and homesteading. Foodscapes provide access to fresh, seasonal, chemical-free, nutrient-dense fruits and veggies, eggs and honey, year-round.
Foodscapes allow you to immerse yourself in your productive landscape… We can help you achieve your goals of living mindfully, positively impacting the environment while supporting HYPER-Local food. We integrate growing spaces such as raised beds, row crops, berry hedges, orchards, nut groves with paths, seating, arbors, trellises, chicken coops, water collection, ponds and water features.
We solve challenges such as limited space, poor soil and sun, and sensitive neighbors. Let our experienced team work with you in the design, installation, and or maintenance of your Edible Landscape! Every yard is different, so we have built our process around making this unique-to-you, while simultaneously keeping it affordable. We offer different solutions for each unique situation. The best way to get started is with an initial CONSULTATION. Here we will meet your family or team, learn about all of your goals, desires, and challenges, and survey your land. We will lead a discussion with you about some options that we see, and at the conclusion, we will propose several projects.
